The result of the first vote of confidence of the capital city was announced this afternoon, July 4. The Chair of the Hanoi People 's Council – Ms. Ngo Thi Doan Thanh - received the highest votes of confidence, with more than 91 percent of high trust votes, followed by the Hanoi police chief Nguyen Duc Chung.
