Unique garden of multi-fruit trees in Hanoi  Le Duc Giap, 62, a farmer in Thanh Oai District, Hanoi, is the first Vietnamese who has created a multi-fruit tree in Vietnam. Five, seven or nine kinds of fruit can be seen on the same trees. The trees are only available for the Lunar New Year holiday (Tet). In addition to five-fruit trees, which were offered for the first time during Lunar New Year 2014, this year Giap has prepared seven- and nine-fruit trees.       With a total area of 7000m2, the garden now has more than 200 trees. The meaning of a tree with nine fruit is a family gathering.   The tree with grapefruit, orange, Buddha-hand fruit, tangerine, and lemon represents luck and prosperity.   Giap said this year he created smaller trees at cheaper prices to serve more customers.   "Every year I’ll invent something new to attract more buyers," he said.                  Two other farmers in Vietnam have successfully planted five-fruit trees.
