The agency also detained the 46-year-old man from the northern province of Hung Yend on the charge, pursuant to Article 88 of the Penal Code. Dai’s home at Flat 302, Z8, Bach Khoa Collective Zone in Bach Khoa ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi was also searched the same day. The launch of criminal proceedings, the arrest and home search were approved by the Supreme People’s Procuracy. The case is under investigation in accordance with the law.-VNA
