The Ministry of Public Security’s investigation agency has

Hai used the legal status of OEIS to help Long and Khoi transport the goods into the country, investigators said. According to initial investigation results, from 2009 to March 2011, Hai transported about 1,800 cell phones, 149 laptops, 20 cameras and many other electronic and telecom devices into Vietnam from the U.S. The total value of these items is estimated to be about VND2 billion (about US$96,000). The police are expanding their investigation to track down others involved in the case.
