Due to the storm, as of this coming Wednesday, the eastern area of the East Vietnam Sea will experience rough waters and winds of 50-74 km, which will increase to 75-102 kph in areas near the storm’s eye. As of July 17, the seas of Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) in the East Vietnam Sea will be rough and exposed to strong winds of up to 74 kph and gusts of 75-102 kph.
