The report indicated that the chairman and CEO of Vocarimex, Do Ngoc Khai, has the highest income, with VND 74.72 million (USD3,570) per month, followed by Phung Dinh Thuc, chairman of PetroVietnam, with a monthly income of VND65.81 million and Do Van Hau, general director of PetroVietnam, who earns VND64.35 million each month. Meanwhile, The monthly income of Hoang Quoc Vuong, chairman of EVN is VND61.32 million. The leaders of other corporations and groups are paid between VND38 million and VND57 million per month, including Nguyen Anh Dung, chairman of Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem); Pham Le Thanh, general director of EVN, with VND53.43 million; Bui Ngoc Bao, chairman of Petrolimex, with VND54 million. The Ministry of Industry and Trade commented that pay is based on a government decree issued in May, 2013.
