Chairman
of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of Russia Sergey Evgenievich

During
his visit, the Russian State Duma Chairman held talks with National Assembly
Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung and met with Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu
Trong and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung.

is taking important steps to cut carbon pollution and other greenhouse gases
