big telcos to roll out 4G services next month: report

telecom companies that are dominating the 3G market in

that it will offer the high-speed data technology on a trial basis in October
or November.
Data rates will be similar to those of 3G plans and can

Unlike Vinaphone, Viettel will require its customers to
change their SIM cards to switch to the new tech, although their phone
numbers will be the same.
MobiFone, the other telecom giant, has yet to make any
announcement.
