Protecting national sovereignty over islands and sea


1,200 international visitors come to Hoang Sa exhibition

PANO – After one month, the exhibition on documents and artifacts related to Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa (Paracel) islands welcomed thousands of domestic and international visitors, the Hoang Sa District People’s Committee of Da Nang city released.
Domestic visitors included officials, researchers, students and people, who came to the exhibition to study, share opinions and express their responsibility for the Fatherland’s sovereignty over the islands.
Especially, among visitors, nearly 300 came from China, more than 300 from South Korea, some 100 from Japan and 500 from Western Europe.
Seeing documents and artifacts, the convincing pieces of evident, on Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa islands, most international visitors expressed their support for the undeniable truth and justice.
The exhibition has closed but it obviously has had a strong impact on domestic and international opinion, and the Vietnamese struggle for sovereignty over the islands will receive more support from domestic and international people.
