Photo: Icon/soha Accordingly, three secretaries of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, including Mr. Phan Van Mai, 41, Mr. Duong Van An, 43 and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, 43 were appointed as Deputy Party Secretaries of Ben Tre, Binh Thuan and Bac Ninh provinces, respectively. Meanwhile, Deputy Minister of Construction – Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi, 38, an alternate member of the Party Central Committee (PM Nguyen Tan Dung's eldest son) was appointed as Vice Party Secretary of Kien Giang Province.
