resources and green growth-related issues in the
Speaking at the working session, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Nguyen Thai Lai said green growth towards a low-carbon economy and natural resources enrichment has become a decisive trend in The National Green Growth Strategy for the 2011-2020 period with a vision to 2050, which has been approved by the Vietnamese Government, is an important foundation for the country to gradually shift the structure of its economy, while promoting environmental protection, including ensuring water security. According to the GGGI’s representatives, the institute proposes a project to research the relationship between water resources and green growth in the region.
