Hundreds of Dong Ho and Hang Trong folk paintings are now on
show at an exhibition in
The event, held by Hanoi's Old Quarter’s management board,
aims to bring the Tet atmosphere to the area as well as create a chance for
people to know more about the famous genres of Vietnamese traditional

Photographic Association of HCMC has chosen Tran Dac Hung’s “Hoang Hon Tren
Kenh Tau Hu” (Sunset on Tau Hu channel), Nguyen Tan Ghi’s “Da Lat Than Yeu”
(Beloved Da lat) and Nguyen Anh Tuan’s “Tranh Dau” (Fighting) its winning
photos.
The contest attracted 1,245 photos from 165 photographers from
24 cities and provinces across the country.
100 photos picked up from the competition will be displayed at the
