To meet these targets, the government has draft nine major
tasks and solutions to be discussed at the December 23-24 online conference

boost production enabling businesses to get easier access to bank loans and
effectively carrying out preferential policies.

‘strategic breakthroughs’, along with restructuring the economy, renewing the
growth model, and improving the quality, efficiency and competitiveness of
the economy.

developing human resources, and building a synchronous infrastructure system.
The government says it is imperative to ensure social welfare
and security, improve people’s living conditions, efficiently use national
resources, protect the environment, and respond to climate change.
Other solutions include intensifying the fight against
corruption and waste, dealing with people’s petitions, ensuring national
defence, security and social order, expanding foreign relations and international
integration, and enhancing communications to create social consensus.
