This year's show, which will last 2.5 hours, includes talented young directors who have different performance styles, said Tat My Loan, the show's director. The show will feature Lang Toi (My Village), a distinctive circus creation from the visionary team of Tuan Le, Nguyen Nhat Ly and Nguyen Lan Maurice. The show has successfully toured in many countries, including France, the US, England, Belgium and Spain, Loan said at a press meeting held in HCM City on Friday, Dec 27. Huong Lan, Elvis Phuong, My Tam, Quang Linh, Thu Minh, Ho Ngoc Ha, Le Quyen, Duc Tuan and Thanh Bui are among other popular singers who will be on stage at the gala. Dozens of thousands of disadvantaged students have received Nguyen Thai Binh scholarships with funds raised from the charity event. The event is organised by Thanh Nien Media Corporation, Thanh Nien (Young People) newspaper and Mot The Gioi (One World) online newspaper.
